Responsibilities

Review cases and prepare summaries, timelines, and pleadings

Manage client document intake and organization

Coordinate written and document discovery; draft requests and responses; ensure completeness of production

Schedule and organize depositions; prepare outlines and exhibits; attend sessions and summarize transcripts

Maintain litigation databases and oversee document transfers

Assist with investigations by locating witnesses, conducting interviews, performing public records searches, and summarizing employment and medical records

Prepare trial materials, including binders and exhibits; arrange logistics and equipment; support motions, jury selection, and trial presentation

Conduct legal and medical research; verify citations and references

Maintain organized case files and prepare them for storage or client return

Handle post-trial tasks such as drafting cost reports, reviewing appellate briefs, and assembling records for appeals
