Responsibilities
Act as the liaison and team leader for the Market Logistics Dispatchers regarding transportation and delivery employees
Review daily and weekly driver logs in accordance with company and DOT standards
Maintain and rectify any Hours-of-Service violations or unidentified logs
Monitor and action First Run Out and Time on Yard reporting to improve truck utilization and driver efficiency
Training lead for any new hires into the MLO operations
Scheduling Truck Repairs to improve truck efficiency
Investigate escalated customer complaints in a professional manner to resolve them satisfactorily
Provide adequate feedback to the Counter and Service Departments regarding timely delivery and receipt of equipment when necessary
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Education
Working knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Logistics or Dispatching experience
Customer Service experience required
Able to effectively communicate
