Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns
Create schedules and financial statements for management review
Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and ACH reconciliations accurately and on time
Follow up with insurance companies and attorneys on outstanding matters
Support in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
3+ years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
