Responsibilities

Develop and enhance functionality within the Argo Traditional Teller platform
Support payments-related changes and ongoing teller application updates
Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Master in an agile environment
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a legacy/aged system
Work independently while contributing effectively to a team

Qualification

Argo Teller platformAgile/Scrum experienceProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsLegacy systems experience

Required

Five (5) years of experience
Prior experience with the ARGO data thick client/desktop client teller application (traditional ARGO development platform)
Hands-on experience with the Argo Traditional Teller platform
Experience working on an agile/Scrum development team
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in older/legacy environments
