Responsibilities
Create on-the-point, compelling narrative and unique selling points in communication materials including sales pitch deck, paid ads, events, etc
Spearhead Global Agency's badging and tiering program
Develop and launch the agency certification globally. Drive agency's participation and pass rate
Create customized enablement and resources as a pillar of the agreement with Deal Agency and TikTok Sponsored Agency
Design and implement agency conferences and tentpole events in 4 regions
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in business development or business operations in the advertising industry
Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
Preferred
Passion for SMB business
