Responsibilities

You will own and drive the long-term vision and strategy for insights driving the end-to-end customer experience based on external trends, business strategy/objectives, and target customer needs

You will frame, structure, and scope complex business and customer challenges

You will use customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning and enable competitive advantage

You will evaluate and develop perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities across the organization

You will define, monitor, and champion customer experience metrics, key drivers of, and return on experience and insights investments

You will collaborate with all levels of leadership and management in order to align priorities and develop a collaborative roadmap for complex and large-scale strategic initiatives across all functional areas of the organization

You will partner with product lines, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to drive strategic alignment

You will drive consumer influence across the enterprise, proactively reaching across the aisles
