Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday inbound/outbound integrations
Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services
Integrate Workday with third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Vendors)
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and failures
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
Support Workday releases, testing, and post-production support
Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Workday Certification – Required
8+ years of Workday Integration experience
Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, XPath
Experience with HCM/Payroll/Finance integrations
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction
