Responsibilities
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims
Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and assess settlement and trial value
Conduct client consultations, provide clear legal guidance, and maintain exceptional communication throughout the case
Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements; conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Advocate aggressively with insurance carriers, defense counsel, and opposing parties to secure favorable outcomes
Prepare and try cases, including jury trials, when necessary
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and organized case management
Review medical records, expert reports, and discovery materials while ensuring compliance with ethical rules, court procedures, and firm policies
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Trial experience required
Experience with both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
Excellent negotiation, litigation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Client-first mindset with professionalism and sound legal judgment
Preferred
2–5 years of personal injury experience preferred
Leadership and supervisory skills are a plus
