Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and customer needs
Develop electronic circuits, FPGAs, and PLDs, utilizing your extensive experience to create innovative and efficient designs
Take the lead in creating schematic diagrams and PCB layouts, ensuring the design is robust and manufacturable
Execute prototype development, debugging, and integration to validate design concepts and refine them as necessary
Contribute to the creation of comprehensive project documentation, enabling smooth knowledge transfer and production readiness
Share your knowledge and experience with fellow engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a higher-level degree, or possess equivalent qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years' experience in designing FPGAs, PLDs, and PCBs, showcasing a deep understanding of hardware design principles
Proficiency in developing high speed and complex FPGAs, demonstrating a track record of successful FPGA projects in Airborne or Military Applications required
Capable of independently conducting feasibility studies and effectively planning and executing new product development, taking into account technical, budget, and schedule constraints
Adept at troubleshooting complex prototypes and products, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain project momentum
Ability and willingness to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with design environments such as Altera and Altium is preferred, though not mandatory
