Client Service Associate - Wealth Management
Colter Lewis Investment Partners is an independent multi-family office providing sophisticated guidance and planning for families and individuals of material wealth. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for client coverage and various operational tasks to ensure excellence in client service for an ultra-high net worth client base.

Responsibilities
Responsible for client service coverage for assigned clients as part of client coverage team
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellence in client service
Work closely with client coverage team (portfolio management, investment analysts, manager research) to deliver coordinated client service
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Responsibility for new account onboarding and custodial account set up
Private investment subscription and maintenance
Invoice and statement review and generation
Maintenance of client portal views and CRM
Ensure data quality and accuracy
Execute and oversee all client money movements including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and inter-account transfers while adhering to compliance protocols and documentation requirements
Process contribution and distribution requests for retirement accounts, trusts, and investment portfolios
Coordinate with custodial banks to resolve operational issues and ensure timely settlement of transactions
Active participant in technology and operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
Support compliance related reporting requirements
Utilize portfolio management software, CRM systems, and custodial platforms to maintain accurate client records and execute transactions efficiently
Stay current with new technology implementations that enhance client service delivery
Generate reports and analytics to support investment decision-making and client communications. Ensure data integrity across consolidated portfolio performance and CRM system
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 yrs work experience in a client service or related role ideally in wealth management or related financial service role
Education: Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong proficiency in Excel
Ability to work in Greenwich Connecticut in office Monday through Thursday minimum with ability to be remote on Friday's
