Responsibilities

Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance on complex issues
Develop and implement test-and-learn plans to optimize performance and customer engagement
Leverage data-driven strategies and personalization techniques to guide members towards next best actions and deepen engagement
Drive content optimization initiatives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Lead creative strategy and messaging architecture across channels
Drive integration of credit card strategies into GM Rewards campaigns
Use innovative marketing approaches and digital capabilities to maximize effectiveness
Facilitate the move from legacy methods of creative execution to modern practices

Required

7+ years of marketing, advertising, or CRM experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
Advanced knowledge of data-driven marketing programs and cross-channel platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools and AI-driven personalization engines
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and influence senior stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional work experience) preferably in Marketing or Advertising
Experience in loyalty programs, credit cards, e-commerce, or automotive highly valued
