Sales and Business Development Manager
Vita 10 is seeking a full-time Sales & Business Development Executive to support and drive their B2B growth and outreach efforts. The role focuses on building partnerships with healthcare providers and generating referrals for advanced therapies, ensuring alignment with Vita 10’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
Execute a structured B2B outreach plan across medical and fitness verticals
Generate referral relationships with physicians and clinics for targeted therapies (e.g., iron infusions, peptides, hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
Manage outreach pipeline, track partner engagement, and report sales metrics
Collaborate with marketing to create collateral, referral kits, and discount code campaigns
Provide ongoing partner communication and account management to ensure referrals and retention
Represent and promote the Vita 10 brand and core values in all provider interactions
Deliver monthly activity reports and success stories
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in medical sales, partnerships, or healthcare-focused business development working directly with healthcare providers
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and outreach goals
Excellent relationship-building, networking, and communication skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach and community-based selling
Self-starter, organized, and execution-driven
Must have reliable transportation for regional travel
Preferred
Experience in wellness, IV therapy, or fitness industries a plus
