Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Lead end‑to‑end architecture for large‑scale, enterprise implementations
Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, data governance, and performance optimization
Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and emerging technologies
Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to evaluate and approve solution designs
Contribute hands‑on when needed, including writing Apex, building LWCs, and performing configuration tasks
Mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices
Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to drive business growth and innovation
Take accountability for architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Rapidly prototype and validate solutions through PoCs to address complex challenges
Support delivery teams with Apex, LWC, and configuration work when required
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions with clear technical rationale
Guide engineering teams to elevate technical quality and architectural discipline
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML capabilities, and industry trends
Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements, especially within financial services
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce security model
Expertise in data modeling, migration strategies, and performance tuning
Experience with MuleSoft, AWS services, or other enterprise integration platforms
Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines
Proven success in banking, financial services, or other large-scale enterprise environments
