NFL Films is a part of the NFL, and they are seeking a Seasonal Equipment Prep Technician to support the production team by preparing and organizing camera equipment for filming NFL games and events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various team members to ensure optimal equipment functionality for each shoot.

Responsibilities

Assist with all camera equipment logistics, including inventory management and tracking

Manage logistical challenges related to equipment movement and storage

Collaborate with camera operators, directors of photography, and other team members to understand the specific needs of each shoot

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling and operating camera equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the camera department

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse team members

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy

Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs for organization (Excel, Teams, Power Point, etc)

Experience with assembly/disassembly of various camera rigs and setups is a plus

Rental house experience is a plus

Required

1-5 years of Production Experience

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Pivot on the fly

Strong communication and listening skills

Willingness to work an irregular schedule and/or weekends

Minimum of a 40 hours per week

The ability to lift 65-pound cases

Flexibility to work odd hours, weekends, and travel to various locations for shoots as needed

Preferred

College Degree preferred

Experience with Cinema Equipment preferred

Experience with assembly/disassembly of various camera rigs and setups is a plus

Rental house experience is a plus

Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs for organization (Excel, Teams, Power Point, etc)
