Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with Delta’s brand image and business objectives
Create digital marketing assets for use across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, YouTube and trade show materials
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to develop compelling marketing content and communication materials that are consistent with corporate brand messaging
Support special business projects and marketing initiatives as needed, and perform additional tasks assigned by the sales team
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies
Conduct marketing intelligence and market research, including competitive analysis, event benchmarking, customer insights, and industry trend tracking
Provide project management support by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of events, projects, and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience in marketing communications, graphic design, event planning, and execution (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
Strong creative skills with hands-on experience designing marketing materials
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Please include a portfolio (attachment or link) with your application, if applicable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
