Responsibilities

Support collaboration between departments to help ensure licensing programs and operational workflows run efficiently

Maintain working knowledge of current clients, brands, and licensed products to support day-to-day operational needs

Coordinate cross-funtional integration and promotion to increase brand awareness on brand websites, Amazon, Wayfair, and company LinkedIn profiles

Provide cross-functional communication and project management support to ensure deliverables are met

Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop collaborative tools for production of promotional collateral, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns

Manage the administration of Brand Comply, Asana, and Zendesk to streamline licensing operations and implement scalable enhancements

Own the processing of customer inquiries and provide responsive, solutions oriented customer service for all in-house brands, ensuring timely engagement and a consistently positive experience

Partner with cross-functional teams to support brand activities like trade shows, product presentations, and the quarterly Integrated Marketing Process
