Manage the ship store and amenity spaces
Support guest services and tours
Follow up on slip leasing
Provide administrative support
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills – 2 years' experience in hotel/tourism/hospitality
Knowledge of boating a plus
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Effective oral and written communication skills
2 years of experience in a hotel front office or customer service environment
A good standard of computer literacy, showing confidence in working with word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, marina/hotel/retail software packages
Valid Driver License
High School diploma or GED
