Assists Summa Health’s customers with the design, development and deployment of messaging and communication solutions
Maintains a variety of responsibilities, from being hands-on with our clients at their sites to working with other technical experts and company leadership on developing innovative solutions and solving difficult and complex problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software design, management information systems, engineering or a related field
Six (6) years minimum of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Office 365
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS)
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013/2019)
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or App-V)
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop Deployment (Windows 10, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Services)
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVVM)
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Teams / OCS
Five (5) years minimum technical experience in SQL Server
Three (3) years minimum experience solution consulting spanning full lifecycle of technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations
Two (2) years with Microsoft Online Services (Office 365 or Azure), highly preferred
Strong leadership and customer relationship skills and the ability to professionally represent Summa Health in challenging environments
Understanding of competitive technologies to properly assess the feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms
Experience with Ntune for Office 365
Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 and Active Directory
Design, planning and implementation experience with Windows Server technologies
Comfortable working both independently and in small team environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to industry standards
Ability to prepare and present solutions from lay users to C-level management
Preferred
Experience with PowerShell
Understanding of Agile life cycle
Exchange Ranger training, Microsoft Certified Architect, Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Messaging, MCM Exchange
Experience with MS Teams Voice
Experience with Unified Messaging (UM) or voicemail platforms, a plus
A good understanding and exposure to Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices (SDM, MSSP, MOF)
Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and/or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions
