Strategic Account Director
Oak Point Partners is a fast-growing financial and investment company with a unique business model. The Strategic Account Director is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with third-party commercial entities, serving as the primary point of contact and driving long-term account success.

Responsibilities
Own executive relationships for strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Lead post-signature account transitions to ensure clarity, continuity, and accountability across internal teams
Develop and execute account strategies, including executive communication plans, quarterly leadership touchpoints, and annual business reviews
Monitor account activity, stakeholder movement, and organizational changes to identify risk as well as growth opportunities
Gather and synthesize account and stakeholder intelligence to inform deal strategy, prioritization, and internal planning
Collaborate with internal teams and share insights to drive account expansion, improve communications, and increase referral paths
Support late-stage deal flow by participating in executive-level discussions, coordinating references, and providing insights that strengthen deal execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts & executive relationships, ideally with public companies or $1B+ revenue organizations
Demonstrated success working with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders across complex organizations (senior finance and legal executive experience is a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong executive presence and ability to lead strategic conversations
Strong strategic thinking, communication, project management, and conflict resolution skills
Outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Experience supporting complex deal cycles and post-signature account management
Proficiency with relevant technology (e.g., Salesforce), modern collaboration tools, with an ability and willingness to learn and leverage internal systems
Comfortable with occasional travel and in-person meetings (up to 25%)
