Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory experiments supporting formulation and manufacturing process development for sterile liquid dosage forms
Perform analytical and characterization testing including pH, osmolality, viscosity, turbidity, particle size, and visual inspection
Independently plan, design, execute, and interpret experiments as required by project needs
Generate accurate, reliable data and document results in electronic laboratory notebooks in a timely manner
Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate statistical techniques
Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure operational readiness
Communicate findings clearly through written reports, presentations, and team discussions
Participate in project and group meetings to review data, conclusions, and next steps
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline with relevant industry experience
Experience with sterile liquid drug product formulation and manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with analytical and characterization techniques for liquid dosage forms
Working knowledge of chromatography techniques such as high performance liquid chromatography or ultra performance liquid chromatography
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and statistical or data analysis software
Strong technical writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Experience with sterilization techniques such as filtration and autoclaving
Experience analyzing experimental data and authoring technical reports
Practical understanding of applied statistics in a laboratory setting
