Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Change Management Framework aligned with the SOW’s governance and transition plans
Define entry/exit criteria for transition phases and success metrics for adoption
Create and execute a detailed Change Communication Plan for all phases (Transition, Transformation, BAU)
Identify and manage key stakeholders across client organizations
Facilitate governance meetings and ensure alignment with for transition and transformation activities
Design and deliver communication to ensure transparency and readiness for organizational changes
Oversee training programs for new platforms (EDMSaaS, CaaS, OCRaaS)
Ensure knowledge transfer documentation and reverse KT sign-offs are completed per transition milestones
Support governance committees with change impact assessments and readiness dashboards
Provide weekly and monthly reports on change adoption, stakeholder feedback, and risk mitigation progress
Maintain a RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log for change-related activities
Develop contingency plans
Partner with Transformation Managers, HR teams, and Service Management Office to align change initiatives with operational goals
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management for large-scale IT transformation programs
Expertise in Prosci ADKAR, ITIL v4, and governance frameworks
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with multi-phase transitions, rebadging, and workforce integration
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) and SaaS migration projects is a plus
