Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of multiple internal products that power the operations behind Apple Music and Services
Lead cross-functional initiatives that enable global teams to work more efficiently, scale seamlessly, and deliver exceptional content experiences to users
Build tools and systems that elevate operational excellence and innovation across Apple’s ecosystem
Ensure internal tools and platforms deliver maximum impact for Apple’s content and production teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment industries
5+ years leading complex, large-scale product initiatives and internal tooling efforts in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system architecture and platform trade-offs
Deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, informed by ongoing feedback, research, and data
Skilled at synthesizing problems and opportunities into clear goals and structured plans that articulate both the 'why' and the 'how.'
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, able to distill complex topics into concise, compelling narratives that drive clarity and alignment
Background in music, entertainment, or digital media operations strongly preferred
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to build consensus, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful, informed decisions
