Responsibilities
Post and apply daily cash receipts
Manage billing and accounts receivable transactions
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Monitor A/R aging and follow up on open balances
Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
Support journal entries related to revenue and A/R
Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls
Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects
Qualification
Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
2+ years of accounting or A/R experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
Motivated to grow within an accounting career
