Responsibilities
Implements global quality standards across international regions to support company‑wide QC initiatives
Guides regional QC teams to ensure consistent inspections, procedural compliance, and accurate performance
Collaborates with overseas offices and factories to resolve quality issues, drive corrective actions, and strengthen outgoing product quality
Analyzes inspection data and defect trends to identify risks, verify corrective actions, and reduce final‑inspection failures
Maintains strong cross‑functional communication by reporting key quality findings and supporting global QC process development and documentation
Qualification
Required
Background in quality‑focused disciplines, supported by a bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
Must have 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within apparel, or consumer products
Proven experience collaborating with overseas factories and international quality teams
Skilled communicator and coach, with strong cross‑cultural collaboration abilities
Analytical problem‑solver with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently across regions and time zones
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
