Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an ERP System Project Manager to lead a major technology transformation within a higher education environment. This role will oversee the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and maintaining the integrity and performance of IT operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation, coordinating input from campus-wide stakeholders to ensure successful deployment
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational objectives, supporting innovation, scalability, and long-term system reliability
Oversee daily IT operations, including systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, and application support for both administrative and instructional functions
Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and service contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions
Guide and mentor IT team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to data security and regulatory reporting
Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, leadership, and end-users to ensure effective communication and project alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
At least 7 years of progressive IT experience, including team leadership or project management responsibilities
Proven expertise in ERP implementation, networking, telecommunications, and IT security
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and higher education technologies required

Preferred

Master's degree is preferred
Familiarity with Ellucian ERP systems strongly desired
