Senior Paid Media Manager (Meta Ads)

They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager for their Meta Ads Division to blend creative strategy with technical precision, managing campaigns for internal brands and logistics clients across North America.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and scale Lead Generation Campaigns for both internal Spiral brands and client accounts
Develop full-funnel ad strategies that convert traffic into qualified leads and qualified booked calls for freight, 3PL, and warehousing companies
Ideate and test new creatives weekly (minimum 20–25 new ad variations)
Use analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Hyros, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) to track, optimize, and report on KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPBC, CPA, CTR, CPM)
Balance creative testing with disciplined budget control — scale what works, cut what doesn’t
Collaborate with the creative and copy team to transform logistics jargon into scroll-stopping storytelling
Continuously refine landing pages, lead forms, and attribution paths for optimal lead quality
Track every dollar from click to close
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with precision and proactivity
Strong copywriting is a core requirement (Meta performance = creative + messaging)
Ability to write direct-response video ad scripts
Ability to write Video Sales Letter (VSL) scripts for lead gen + booked-call funnels
Ability to write high-converting ad captions / primary text that drives action
Understand hooks, angles, objections, proof, and CTA language (not 'branding copy')
Can translate complex B2B services into simple, compelling messaging
Will continually test new angles to improve CPA, lead quality, and booked calls
Meet weekly with internal and client stakeholders to align on strategy, KPIs, and reporting via Slack, Loom, and Video Calls
Ensure all campaigns reflect Spiral’s brand integrity, client voice, and data-driven standards
Communicate performance clearly and confidently to clients, turning data into insight and insight into action
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience, ideally in B2B lead generation or Logistics verticals
Proven success managing budgets between $5K–$25K/month
Strong grasp of creative testing, audience segmentation, and pixel/conversion tracking
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Hyros, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel
Demonstrated ability to generate measurable ROI and high-quality leads for service-based businesses
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
