Responsibilities
Develop and manage content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing channels
Create multimedia assets (graphics, short-form video, photography coordination) to support campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all content, materials, and communications
Draft compelling messaging for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives through targeted communication strategies
Write, edit, and proofread copy for internal and external audiences
Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars and email campaigns
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend optimizations
Coordinate with vendors, media outlets, and community partners when needed
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of professional experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a related role
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A creative thinker with a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
Preferred
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus
