Responsibilities

Analyze campaign and purchasing performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention
Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle health and commercial outcomes
Partner with product and digital teams to test and measure strategic initiatives
Deliver insights to support merchandising, promotion, and loyalty strategies
Collaborate with eCommerce, in-store, and supply chain stakeholders
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical teams

Qualification

Business analyticsSQLBI toolsExcelCustomer segmentationPythonRStakeholder managementRetail experienceCPG experienceECommerce experienceCommunication skills

Required

3 to 7 years of experience in business analytics, retail strategy, or customer insights
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus
Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing funnel metrics, or loyalty programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Background in retail, CPG, or eCommerce preferred
