The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure project clarity, schedule alignment, and execution accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Review executed contracts, scope exhibits, and architectural drawings for completeness and accuracy
Set up awarded projects in Monday.com, including scope summaries, milestones, and internal handoffs
Track contract values, approved alternates, and change orders across the life of the project
Ensure project scope is clearly translated from contract documents into design and production workflows
Coordinate with Design and Production to identify long-lead and project-critical materials, including steel, glass, hardware, and finishes
Generate and track purchase orders for project-specific materials
Monitor vendor lead times and flag potential schedule impacts early
Confirm purchased materials align with approved drawings and specifications
Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with fabrication batching, finishing, glazing, and delivery
Coordinate handoffs between Design, Purchasing, Production, Finishing, and Logistics
Track project progress and update milestones in Monday.com
Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, scope gaps, or design ambiguities that may impact fabrication
Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, designers, and general contractors after contract award
Coordinate design submittals, review cycles, and approvals
Communicate schedule expectations, material selections, and fabrication sequencing
Support field coordination related to site conditions, dimensions, and constructability
Identify scope changes related to size, operation, glass, hardware, finish, or custom fabrication details
Coordinate pricing, documentation, and approvals for change orders
Ensure approved changes are reflected in drawings, purchasing, and production
Proactively flag contractual, technical, or schedule risks and escalate as needed
Maintain project Schedule of Values (SOV) in coordination with accounting
Track billing milestones and support progress billing with required documentation
Assist with closeout documentation, final approvals, and delivery confirmation
Support lien compliance coordination as required by project type and jurisdiction
Maintain organized digital project records, including contracts, approved drawings, material submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
Ensure documents remain current, clearly labeled, and accessible to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience managing custom-manufactured projects in doors/windows, architectural metal, or related specialty trades
Familiarity with shop drawing workflows, material lead times, and made-to-order fabrication
Strong coordination skills across design, production, and construction teams
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
