The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records, drafting legal documents, developing litigation strategies, and supporting trial teams throughout all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records for liability assessment
Draft pleadings, responses, and discovery materials
Develop and outline litigation strategies and case plans
Review new matters and recommend legal approaches
Conduct document review and manage case files
Perform legal research and provide detailed legal analysis
Prepare case summaries and documentation
Support trial teams throughout all phases of litigation
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in West Virginia
Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
Preferred
Additional licensure in Pennsylvania or Ohio preferred
PA-licensed attorneys with a qualifying UBE score eligible to waive into West Virginia are encouraged to apply
