Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support Ventana projects
Exercises technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies
Prepares technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses
Presents and discusses experimental results within the department and with project teams
Maintains a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and may participate in conferences and professional societies
Follows company policies and procedures related to GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable regulations
Maintains complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files
May act as a principal investigator while conducting independent experiments

Required

Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Required Majors: Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology
Hands on Laboratory experience
Familiar with searching scientific literature
Skilled with the use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software
Experience working within a team in a dynamic, high-energy environment
