Owns deal stage enforcement
Ensures required fields, next steps, close dates
Prevents stale or manipulated pipeline
Supports forecast accuracy
Maintains pipeline and performance dashboards
Ensure consistent definitions and reporting
Territory setup and maintenance
Quota configuration and adjustments
Comp plan mechanics and reporting (not design)
Rep activity vs outcomes
Stage conversion rates
Sales cycle tracking
Deal aging analysis

Qualification

Sales Operations experienceCRM experienceB2B sales supportComp plans knowledgeTerritory models knowledgeEnglish communicationDetail-orientedCalm under pressure

Required

5–10 years in Sales Ops or RevOps
Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Experience supporting complex B2B sales
Familiar with comp plans and territory models
Is detail-oriented
Comfortable enforcing rules
Calm under pressure
Will push back on senior sellers
Strong professional English (written and verbal) required
Able to clearly communicate policies, expectations, and corrective feedback

Preferred

Additional languages are a plus but not required
