Workday Technical Architect
InfoStride is seeking a Workday Technical Architect to support HR teams in utilizing the Workday HCM Phase I solution. This role focuses on improving Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting change management and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support DHHS HR Director, HR Managers, and Recruiters using Workday HCM
Provide functional and technical guidance for Recruitment, ATS, Onboarding, and Offboarding
Assess HR business processes and recommend system or process improvements
Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives
Troubleshoot Workday issues and evaluate enhancement requests
Collaborate with HR leaders, business owners, and the Workday delivery team
Develop communications and presentations for end users and leadership
Ensure compliance with public sector and HR regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
10+ years of experience in HR processes, especially Talent Acquisition
Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
Experience supporting or implementing SaaS HR solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Workday HCM (Recruiting, ATS, Onboarding/Offboarding)
HR process design and compliance
Change management and training support
Cross-functional collaboration
Stakeholder communication
Preferred
Public sector or government Workday experience
Experience supporting organizational management and user role structures
Proven ability to bridge HR business needs with Workday technical solutions
