Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
Conduct thorough and compassionate client intakes, gathering key facts and case details
Enter information accurately into our case management system
Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients
Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless intake process
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage a high call volume and multitask effectively
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred
Prior law firm intake, customer service, or call center experience preferred
