Perform hands-on chromatography using ÄKTA systems, including the following modalities:
Protein A
Ion Exchange (IEX)
Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC)
Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC)
Mixed-mode chromatography
Conduct laboratory-scale process characterization and support viral clearance studies
Support process transfer activities and provide technical support for pilot-scale and GMP manufacturing, as needed
Perform filtration techniques (e.g., UF/DF, TFF) and other separation operations relevant to biologics purification
Execute bioanalytical assays, including HPLC, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE, to assess process performance and product quality
Acquire, analyze, and interpret experimental data to support process decisions
