Responsibilities

Build and manage products that deliver value to merchants, consumers, issuers, acquirers, and tech partners
Collaborate with clients, partners, engineers, architects, and global teams to develop and refine payment solutions
Define product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, market prioritization, and pricing
Work with Technology to drive implementation and product enhancements
Create marketing collateral and lead client engagements to boost product adoption
Ideate new product concepts and advance next-gen value-added services
Stay updated on consumer and payment tech trends, especially AI and automation
Proactively identify opportunities and take action to drive product success
Empower Visa acquirers and merchants to leverage the full capabilities of VisaNet

Required

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Client-facing experience: supporting go-to-market strategies and collaborating directly with customers or partners
Experience with product development methodology
Interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics
Familiarity with APIs and willingness to learn about AI-powered tools
Strong communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt quickly and work creatively in a tech-driven environment
