Assist clients in developing and implementing their vision from early conceptual design through the end of construction administration
Work on historic restoration, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and compatible new design in historic contexts
Participate in master planning, conditions assessment, or visioning programs
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
5-10 years of architecture, renovations, and/or historic preservation experience
License in Architecture or working towards license
Strong background in design, construction methods, materials, and detailing
Well-rounded experience through all phases of project development, including construction administration
Knowledge of building codes and Secretary of the Interior Guidelines
Capability with 3-D software, ArchiCad proficiency a plus
