Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
Maintain well-organized case files and clear client communication
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional results
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active membership with the California Bar
At least 2 years of family law experience
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice
