Responsibilities

Prepare and review reports, files and reconcilements to ensure data integrity

Prepare reports and files for management, regulators and government

Process transactions and maintain non-performing loan portfolio

Process transactions and maintain purchased loan portfolio

Process transactions and maintain the SBA loan portfolio

Required

7+ years professional/business experience in financial services, or banking industry

3+ years loan operations experience

High School diploma or equivalent required

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to navigate loan and bank software applications (Bancline, ACBS, Loan Manager) and related websites

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively research and resolve issues and discrepancies

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Solid analytical and decision-making skills
