Manage new item setup, item maintenance, and product updates in merchandising systems

Partner with internal teams and vendors to gather and verify accurate product information

Maintain consistency of product details across systems, signage, and eCommerce platforms

Track timelines, merchandising calendars, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

Coordinate promotions, category launches, and seasonal updates with cross-functional teams

Communicate directly with vendors for product samples, marketing materials, and documentation

Prepare sales and inventory data to support category performance reviews

Assist in maintaining planogram documentation, signage rollouts, and merchandising guides

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in execution
