They are seeking an AV Support Technician to ensure the highest levels of customer service while maintaining AV Event and Conference Rooms, supporting live and hybrid events, and managing AV event support tickets.

Responsibilities
Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment
Maintain our AV Event and Conference Rooms and ensure they are functional on a day-to-day basis, resolving operational and cosmetic issues in a timely manner
Support live and hybrid events at different levels of complexity
Triage AV event support tickets and coordinate with clients to prepare for meetings
Build and update documentation to reinforce the process and policies we have regarding AV best practices and room management
Some travel required to alternative office sites in San Francisco and Redwood Shores
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting and administering video conferencing tools
Familiarity with the video conference technology used in meeting rooms
Hands-on experience managing live and hybrid company events
Creative problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to discuss collaboration technology with technical and non-technical staff members
A background in customer service or the IT support field
Experience working in a ticketing system
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
