Responsibilities
Conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services
Assisting with new employee hiring
Champion employee recognition and retention programs
Serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company
Monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
Achieve shared goals through collaboration
Support a respectful and positive work environment
Qualification
Required
Must have RN license
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain an Indiana license)
