Shape the crucial first in-person interaction between Honey Homes and prospective members
Demonstrate why Honey Homes is a superior solution and provide tailored insights on homeowners’ to-do lists
Drive conversions by transforming leads into enthusiastic members
Manage a team of five Walk-thru Specialists in the SF Bay Area
Scale operations across four additional markets
Experiment, build new processes, and help improve conversion while unlocking growth
Lead a high-performing team and partner deeply with Marketing, Product, and Operations
Ensure every new lead receives a personalized and exceptional experience from interest through their first 30 days
Achieve a quality conversion rate of 80% for Walk-thrus to Paid via training and process innovation
Scale the team to offer 5 Walk-thru slots within 48 hours in all markets; ensure representatives are consistently on time and prepared
Maintain a five-star rating for every First Visit for a new member with zero escalations in partnership with Operations
Define, report on, and maintain a CAC of WT-Specialist cost of $100 or less per new Paid Member
Conduct daily performance management including metrics, coaching, shadowing, training, hiring, and terminations
Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to build personalized experiences for new customers
Drive outcomes through innovation, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration
Qualification
Required
Management Consulting or Investment Banking experience combined with operational roles at a fast-growing startup
Exposure to Sales, Business Operations, and high-performing team management
