Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term business partnerships
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to refine sales strategies
Contribute to the development of proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations to secure new business
Work closely with marketing, clinical, leadership and operations teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in life sciences or business
8+ years of sales experience, with significant experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
Deep understanding of the clinical trial process and biopharmaceutical outsourcing practices
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and market insight
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and presentation skills
System proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint)
Ability to travel – estimated at 20%-30% (domestically and/or internationally)

Previous FSP experience/knowledge highly preferred
