Enhancing processes by reducing redundancies and increasing efficiency

Partnered with the Engineering teams to initiate security reviews early in the SDLC life cycle

Worked in Engineering Solutions Security Space on various security projects spanning

Effectively managed security programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery of high priority projects by collaborating with multiple cross functional teams

Managed information security (Infosec) reviews, threat modeling, and security testing of all major applications with key focus on application security and customer data security

Facilitated and lead successful completion of over 10 parallel projects per quarter while introducing significant process and team collaboration efficiencies with project management best practices

Led discussion groups with security engineers to implement Shift Left initiative for projects to be secure from inception

Led collaborative efforts to educate application teams and PMO team to embed Shift Left initiative as part of the PMO process

Partnered with DBA and IS Data Services teams to determine solutions for critical vulnerabilities and identifying the right stakeholders for each vulnerability and driving them to closure

Supported PCI Compliance reviews during AWS migration by extracting the PCI DSS framework and gathering supporting documents for the audit from several teams

Triaged bugs raised by internal and external teams, collected the enhancement requests, assigned appropriate milestones to various bugs/feature updates, maintained, and communicated release notes

Owned & documented process for project managers defining security review timelines and deliverables

Familiar with CVE framework, Identity & Access Management, and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001
