Responsibilities
Solicit feedback, collaborate, and ultimately define and communicate initiatives and priorities for assigned areas, in alignment with the overall corporate strategy. Lead their team in the successful execution of these initiatives and projects
Define, refine, and re-enforce department procedures for management of technology investments
Lead, coach, and develop team to deliver on defined initiatives; elevate the team and enable upskilling. Train, motivate and provide direction to co-workers to achieve department objectives. Manage performance, mentor, recognize and invest in their success
Play a key leadership role in major initiatives
Qualification
Required
>8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
>3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
Possesses strong data entry skills
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed
Able to use common office equipment
Able to perform complex mathematical calculations
Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language
Able to create and conduct formal presentations
Able to interact effectively with high levels of management (managers & above.)
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities
Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
