They are seeking a 2D Pixel Artist to design, create, and implement pixel art assets and collaborate closely with the game design and development team to enhance player experience.

Responsibilities
Create 2D pixel art assets including characters, enemies, environments, props, and UI elements
Design and deliver sprite sheets for characters, animations, and interactions
Collaborate with the team to ensure art supports gameplay readability and performance
Iterate on assets based on playtesting and design feedback
Maintain visual consistency across the game’s art style and resolution targets
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in creating detailed and expressive 2D pixel art and animations
Experience with level design, tilesets, backgrounds, and sprite development
Proficiency in industry-standard digital art tools, such as Aseprite or Photoshop
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers
Understanding of retro game art styles and modern design workflows
Strong creative vision and ability to adapt to various art styles
Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience working within the gaming industry or on indie game projects is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related field is a plus
