Responsibilities
Design, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the City’s network systems
Work closely with internal business partners and Technology Solutions teams to deliver effective technical solutions, improve business processes, and ensure IT services align with organizational goals
Involves hands-on technical work, system analysis, documentation, testing, and providing guidance and support to team members and end users
Qualification
Required
An Associates or Bachelor's Degree
8 Years Experience (Bachelor's Degree can be substituted for up to 4 years)
Experience In Supporting Cisco Routers
Experience In Supporting Cisco Catalyst Switches
Experience In Supporting Cisco ACI
Experience In Supporting Cisco ISE
Experience In Supporting DNS & DHCP
Experience In Supporting Cellular Mobile Routers
Experience In Supporting Meraki Wireless
Preferred
Cisco CCNP
ISC2 Systems Security Practitioner (SSCP)
