They are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile environment, ensuring smooth delivery through effective collaboration and adherence to Agile best practices.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices
Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events
Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities
Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to DoD/DoR
Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement
Promote strong collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams
Qualification
Required
Experienced as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments
Strong knowledge of SAFe processes and ceremonies
Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
