Responsibilities

Investigate and manage warranty issues on completed projects, identifying root causes and implementing corrective action plans

Coordinate corrective work with trade partners, vendors, and internal teams in occupied, live environments

Ensure compliance with site-specific regulations and operational constraints while work is performed

Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, end users, and internal stakeholders during warranty resolution

Evaluate workmanship, materials, and installation methods across multiple trades and scopes

Document findings, resolutions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement across project teams

Collaborate with project leadership to transition knowledge and best practices back into active and future projects

Required

Experience as a Project Engineer (PE) or Field Engineer (FE) with a working knowledge of construction means, methods, and trade coordination

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with owners, end users, and trade partners

Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, including identifying root causes and driving corrective actions

The ability to manage multiple warranty items at once while staying organized, detail-oriented, and responsive

Experience coordinating trade partners to resolve quality, closeout, or warranty-related issues

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to lead meetings and document outcomes

Comfort working in live, occupied environments and adapting to site-specific regulations and constraints

Interest in long-term career growth at Okland and openness to a 12–24 month rotational development role
